To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

For carpet purchases, if you decide that the carpet is not suitable for your space, it is very important that you do not use it during the return period that it is not damaged or soiled. We cannot accept a carpet return if it is soiled, used, damaged or has been cleaned. Please return your mat to its original packaging and contact us to arrange a return within 7 days. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

We will send you a confirmation email with a return authorization number. All items are the customer’s responsibility until they are safely returned, so particularly for any rug returns we recommend that you insure your parcel. Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at Teamrugs@gmail.com

Remember that you have a very special unique piece that requires special care, a lot of love be delicate! Vacuum frequently and to freshen it up, air your rug out in the sun for a few hours. Never use harsh chemicals, but instead mild soapy water (we recommend natural shampoo) for spot cleaning. When a deep cleaning is needed, we recommend that you take your carpet to a professional carpet cleaning service. Ask them to test your Moroccan rug before any deep cleaning.
